Brands we support:

  • Leica
  • GeoMax
  • Trimble
  • Spectra Precision FOCUS
  • Leica iCon
  • Nikon
  • SOKKIA
  • Topcon
  • Stonex
  • Laser Reference

Additional brands and models may be supported, depending on instrument type, condition, and parts availability.

Repair Services:

  • Instrument Coverage: We service total stations, laser levels, theodolites, GNSS equipment, and other precision instruments.
  • Technician Qualifications: Our technicians hold manufacturer and industry training credentials for key instrument platforms, and leverage documented procedures and broad field experience to service a wide range of brands and models with consistent, reliable results.
  • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: We perform thorough diagnostics to identify issues efficiently.
  • Genuine OEM Parts: We use genuine OEM manufacturer parts to support long-term reliability and performance.

Calibration Services:

  • Precision Calibration: We calibrate and verify instruments against manufacturer specifications where achievable based on instrument condition, and document results on the calibration certificate.
  • Traceable Standards: We use standards with documented traceability to national standards (NIST-traceable where applicable) to support measurement traceability and consistent results.
  • Comprehensive Checks: We perform applicable checks for angle and distance measurement, optical alignment (including plummets), leveling components, and electronic systems based on instrument type and service level.
  • Standards-Based Procedures: We follow documented procedures aligned with applicable ISO guidance (including relevant ISO 17123 test methods where appropriate) and manufacturer specifications.
  • Calibration Certificates: We provide detailed calibration certificates documenting measured results and verification status against published specifications.
  • ISO/IEC 17025 Program Development: We are strengthening our calibration quality system using ISO/IEC 17025 principles where applicable, and are currently working toward ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.

Multi-Level Calibration Certificates:

  • Premier Level Certificate: Verifies instrument performance against published manufacturer specifications at the time of final inspection. This certificate includes a product-specific summary of key measurement values and an as-left report, but does not include standard deviation reporting or supplemental measurement reports. Recommended for new instruments and well-maintained used instruments when as-left verification and documentation are sufficient.
  • Advanced Level Certificate: Verifies instrument performance against published manufacturer specifications at the time of final inspection. This certificate includes standard deviation reporting, a product-specific summary of key measurement values, and a supplemental as-found/as-left measurement summary. It also includes repeatability testing based on 10 repeated measurement samples collected during the service event to assess measurement consistency. Recommended for used instruments, serviced instruments, older instruments, and instruments with reported inconsistent or inaccurate measurements.
  • Elite Level Certificate: Verifies instrument performance against published manufacturer specifications at the time of final inspection. This certificate includes standard deviation reporting, a product-specific summary of key measurement values, and a supplemental as-found/as-left measurement summary. It also provides enhanced repeatability and reproducibility analysis based on repeated measurement trials. In addition, it includes measurement uncertainty estimates calculated using ISO 17123 methodology and formulas, applied to laboratory-collected data under documented procedures adapted from the field test approach, where applicable. Recommended for older instruments, instruments with reported inconsistent or inaccurate measurements, instruments that have been serviced or disassembled, and higher-criticality applications requiring deeper supporting data.

Elite Certificate – Validation & Uncertainty Methodology
We calculate measurement uncertainty and supporting statistics using ISO 17123 methodology and formulas, applied to laboratory-collected test data under documented procedures adapted from the ISO 17123 field test approach, where applicable. Referenced standards include:

  • ISO 17123-1:2014 — Theory / general guidance
  • ISO 17123-2:2001 — Levels
  • ISO 17123-3:2001 — Theodolites
  • ISO 17123-4:2012 — Electro-optical distance meters (EDM to reflectors)
  • ISO 17123-5:2022 — Total stations
  • ISO 17123-6:2022 — Rotating lasers
  • ISO 17123-7:2005 — Optical plumbing instruments
  • ISO 17123-8:2015 — GNSS field measurement systems (RTK)
