Our Sales policy

*Please inspect the purchase and investigate if it is compatible with your applications before purchasing.

*All sales are final. All wearable safety items and all Serialized Surveying and construction instrument Sales are Final, No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges. Other merchandise, if return approved, must be undamaged/unused and in original condition with all components and packaging may be returned within 1 day of purchase with a 15% restocking fee. New Instruments are guaranteed by the Manufacturer to be in a good operational and brand new condition, and by PRISM SC SYSTEMS to be calibrated and operational up to the Manufacturer specifications (when applicable). Defected instruments, Systems or tools shall be covered under Manufacture warranties and policies. Manufacture Warranties vary from instrument to another depending on the brand and manufacturer. PRISM is not responsible on any type of
fees, damages, data lose or any other losses caused by any type of Manufacture defect in the instrument or tool occurs during or after warranty period.

*It is the End- User responsibility to ensure that the use of the purchased equipment complies with the current law at the time and place of use.

-MERCHANDISE REMAINS PROPERTY OF THE SELLER UNTIL FULLY PAID FOR.
-PAST DUE INVOICES SUBJECT TO 2.5% FINANCE CHARGE PER TERM.
